• Account information. Your name and phone number. Registration and verification use your phone number.
• Customer location. The delivery address and map location you provide so your orders can be delivered to you.
• Driver location. While a driver is on duty with an active delivery, we collect the device's GPS location on an ongoing basis (about every 10 seconds) so customers and restaurants can track the delivery in real time. Location collection stops when the driver goes off duty.
• Order information. Items ordered, delivery addresses, order amounts, and order history.
• Device and notification information. A push notification token and basic device information used to send order updates and notifications.

Payments. Quickly currently supports cash on delivery only. We do not collect or store credit card, debit card, or bank account information.

• Maintain the safety, security, and integrity of the Service;

To complete an order, certain information is shared among the participants in that order:

• Restaurants receive the customer's name, order details, and delivery information needed to prepare the order.
• Drivers receive the customer's name, delivery address, location, and contact number needed to complete the delivery.
• Customers can see the assigned driver's location and basic identifying information during delivery.

We use Supabase as our hosting and database provider to store and process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Quickly, our users, or others.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

• Location permissions. You can control location access in your device settings. Disabling location may prevent core features of the Service from working.
• Notifications. You can disable push notifications in your device settings.
• Access and deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, including deletion of your account, by contacting us at the email below.

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
